


Beautiful fair trade crafts from Uganda have truly by chance become a wonderful avenue of raising awareness and project funding for CTCU. Artisans in Uganda make crafts that are not only uniquely handcrafted, but they also many times tell a story.
Women in Uganda sit together in circles and roll recycled magazines into beautiful beads. They sing, pray and share their struggles together while stringing their colorful beads and making necklaces that will help put their children into school and food on their tables. One young woman sent this letter telling about how the sale of her necklaces to CTCU has enabled her to personally go back to school… read on.
