Chirs is Call To Care Uganda's Country Chair and has been meeting with local community groups to teach self-sustaining practices now that their water wells have been drilled. Following our belief that the drastic changes to daily life which follow the sudden accessibility of clean water, we work hard to make sure local people have the skills needed to become and remain successful for generations to come.
